As a DMR Chapter, Central Kansas SHRM provides invaluable benefits, including access to a National SHRM Membership. Our local chapter offers numerous leadership and volunteer opportunities throughout the year!  

We encourage ALL Central Kansas SHRM Members to actively participate in strengthening the Human Resources profession by giving back to their local business communities.

Each position on the Central Kansas SHRM Board of Directors is essential to our chapter's success, helping establish a strong professional presence in the local business landscape. Our reach extends across Reno and McPherson Counties, as well as throughout many of the smaller adjacent communities in South Central Kansas, including Rice, Harvey, and parts of eastern Stafford, southeastern Barton, southern Ellsworth, southwestern Marion, northwestern Sedgwick, northern Kingman, and northeastern Pratt counties.
